Steve Zoller

Steve Zoller serves as the Board Chair of Africa Shalom Mission (ASM). Steve is a CPA with a unique ability to connect with his clients in the areas of retirement income planning, financial consulting, real estate analysis, tax preparation and charitable planning. He has served the Oak Park-River Forest community for over 30 years with his financial expertise, as well as involvement in community affairs.  Steve has served as chairman of the Oak Park YMCA, President of the River Forest Tennis Club, founding father of the Oak Park Christian Businessman’s Committee, and has served as Advisor and Director of the Oak Park Community Foundation as well as The Community Chest.  Steve has an MBA from The University of Michigan.  He resides with his wife, Mary Rose, in River Forest.  They have three grown children.  Steve loves tennis, swimming, and all outdoor activities.


David Zoller

Dave Zoller serves  on the ASM Board.
Dave is a CFP® and partner with Streamline Financial and Zoller, Swanson & Co CPAs, two of the premier retirement and tax planning firms in the Chicago area. He enjoys being able to coordinate these two critical parts of his client’s financial lives.

He lives in Elmhurst, IL with his wife and 2 kids. Currently, he has no hobbies outside the house until his two little ones start going to school 🙂 And he’s loving every minute of it.

Rob McAdam

Rob McAdam serves as the treasurer of Africa Shalom Mission (ASM). McAdam works in the landscape industry and has been in the industry for 35 years. Rob has been involved with the oversight and implementation of proper horticultural practices in the care of existing landscape, including turf, trees, shrubs, evergreens, perennials, seasonal flower beds and native prairie plants.
Rob also enjoy volunteering my time with several non profit organizations.


Rick Hibbert

Rick serves as the secretary of Africa Shalom Mission (ASM). Hibbert is the Editor in Chief at Chronicle Media, LLC. Rick is a 36-year veteran journalist in the Chicago area, and has held editorial leadership positions at media companies including Sun-Times Media, Pioneer Press Newspapers, and Suburban Life.  Most recently, he served as Chronicle Media’s editor-in-chief.  Hibbert earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Creighton University.


Daniel K. Ryumugabe

Daniel Ryumugabeis the Founder and President of Africa Shalom Mission (ASM): Ryumugabe  is a skilled development worker, public speaker, adult trainer and educator. Daniel is the Head of Transformation for Africa at Opportunity International. In his job, he supports microfinance banks operating in Africa and is responsible for ensuring that high quality, transformational programs and Social Performance Management (SPM) is in place at each of of those banks within Africa region. Daniel is an Associate Pastor at Global Missions Church in Kigali Rwanda and oversees English service program. Daniel has a Master of Arts degree in International Development from Eastern University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Microfinance and Community Economic Development from Uganda Martyrs University and B.A in Religious Education from Global University. Daniel and his wife Grace have three children- Wesley, Daniela and Favor.
